I was in the permit dept yesterday, they said it was running about 3 weeks. If you've already got your septic done then mebbe 2 will do it. Hotzcatz has it right, you can do your site prep, catchment tank, etc... Did you say your septic has already been inspected? Huh... I didn't think they did that until the permit had passed... Anyway, when you're building a home there's always plenty of stuff to do! Good luck~
