Exactly, and what I was actually looking for at the moment to research costs before suggesting it. Take a collection in town and hire one for a month. It will fix the problem.
This is a fine example of "alternatives." It will cost some personal money, but local government is simply not in the position to provide the coverage needed. Recognizing that in the current environment the means may well not exist, personal action such as this may well be necessary.
