I had the same thought about the small birds getting caught up in the netting because it is just about invisible. I am hoping that some bright tape tied in at maybe 2' centers might help. The fishing line does the job on railings pretty well for the lanai. They hit it a couple of times but can't see it so they give up. The carport which is only about half enclosed is the problem area for me. Oh, and one of my 5 month old hens started crowing this morning.
