Gambling is so un-Hawaiian? Then why do so many Hawaiians go to LV?

Tourists don't like Walmart? Try going there one day when a cruise ship is in, it's one of the most popular destinations in Hilo.

How much revenue the State gets is up to the State, they can impose any conditions they want.
