Scrap THAT Plan C! Just remember, real estate agents are not employees, they own their own business under the supervision of a Broker. About 20% of the agents did not renew their licenses in December according to DCCA, and even most of the established real estate agents are struggling now. Get into this business only if you have enough money to live on and invest into your business for a year, because you most likely will not make any money for a year.
