Will Stimulus.... stimulate Hawaii residents?
#22
Sorry Doc
Inflation is when prices of goods and service cost a lot and it take lots of money to buy stuff. Like the Hyper-inflation that Zimbabwe is experiencing.

Mugabe has tried to print his way to prosperity. You know, just like what we are doing with this ill advised stimulus package. This fact along with a new round of exotic A.R.M. resets coming in a few years will make the dollar absolutely worthless.

Deflation is a fleeting thing that only happens at the beginning of economic swings.
We are seeing a taste of deflation now because of the coming Dark Days.

After inventories are bought down and low economy of scale and no capital or credit set in. Goods are going to sky rocket.
A depression is when there is no cash or credit in the market and production halts.
People have no money and what there is to buy comes dear.

We are in for not a Great Depression, but one of Biblical Proportions Dark Ages Ver 2.0.

Food production and the protection of that food will be the coin of the realm.

nothing else will matter. Not health care or global warming. Those ideas will seem pretty inane compared to having a cold bowl of rice.
