New Restaurant in Hilo

I have been there twice and it is fresh food, which is good. They have bowls, burritos and tacos. You have them build them to order, kind of like Subway. I think it is retty much like an upscale slightly healthier version of Taco Bell. You can easily eat for $5-10 pp there, including a drink. Their soda machine is broken, but they have bottled drinks. One thing that they need to offer is some spicier salsas or even bottled hot sauces. Even their hottest sauce and jalapenos were not spicy enough for me. The black beans are good. They have a variety of rices, beans and meats and Tofu for fillings.
