The Census Bureau doesn't go to Post Offices when they are canvassing.

If we don't get an address... they don't get something in the mail...

then technically someone is going out there in person based on the information that we have inputted in the computer.

I can tell you now... There is no way that some census people would be going out into the middle of the papaya fields between the hours of 5pm and 10 pm to collect data in person.

I myself just got my car back from having a major tune-up after all this off-roading I was doing.

And people do live out in the middle of papaya fields!
