Truth be told Damon, I really don't think that Puna really wants to change. I think that the only changes they may want are ones that make their personal lives better. I am not even sure that the state's second largest city (Hilo) even wants real changes or to bring more tourists. If they did they would do something about that God-Awful PORT that receives between 2,000 and 5,000 tourists a week.
