John is right about that lava exclusion policy. There is a policy in zone 1 with a lava (indirect and direct cause) exclusion. I don't sell those policies for a few reasons. If you are considering this type of policy and have a mortgage be sure to check with your lender to see if that exclusion is acceptable before purchasing. Those polcies do not refund 25% of your premium if you need to cancel.
