There are a lot of places that could use caretakers here, but they are usually hired through friends and referrals. You might contact some real estate agents and send them your references and skills. Some might not want kids living on the property due to liability. You could also contact some property management companies. Try putting a free "non"classified ad up here and at PunaOnline as well as an ad in the newspaper. Once you get here, make friends and ask around, eventually you may find a position like that. You also might try Craig's List.
