I think that barking becomes a nuisance when it bothers homeowners. It is better than dogs running wild. But in the end, anyone buying property here should do several "night checks" to see if airliners, dogs, roosters, coqui frogs, cane toads or other noises are present. Hello??? Why would you move to an area with noises that would disturb your life? If you choose to live in a wild area... you get some noises.
