I'm very glad to hear this.
I will be even more glad if something actually happens to improve the situation. Words to this effect have come around before with dismal results.
With all due respect to Punaweb, using it as the default "official" HPPOA communication system is not IMO sufficient or appropriate.
Please say more about community involvement and "those individuals who are already familiar with the platforms."
You write about how qualified professionals were necessary to address urgent and basic issues with financials.
Yet it seems you are suggesting that whatever volunteers might turn up are adequate to address urgent and basic issues with technology services and online communications.
I am among other things a technology services professional, and as an HPPOA member with that background my input would be that qualified professionals are necessary to address urgent and basic issues with technology services and online communications.
