Fujimamas has been out of business for about two years in Kailua-Kona, but it wasn't a real Japanese restaurant, it was more of like a fusion restaurant. The best sushi is at Hayama, which is located at the back of Kopiko Plaza, just below the Longs Drug Store. You might want to check out the restaurant reviews at http://konaforum.com
