ho'olaule'a?

Every year there is a Ho'olaule`a in Hilo on the last weekend of September, on Saturday (AFAIK), and on Sunday there is Queen Liliu'okalani's birthday celebrated at the gardens. I think the ho'olaule'a celebrates the end of the month long Aloha festival, but I could easily be wrong about that.
