As to the country club, I mean the board, let them decide if rain is ethical/against the law or not.
Look, if you want to fight than lets fight, go ahead and file wherever whatever you want to file. Don't waste your energy with meaningless postings. Those are just your opinions and there is no Judge here. If you just want to win a popularity contest than good luck.
