Good find Dave,
I wonder, if the house is on catchment and it worked fine at first but now is acting up.
The main water filter may be clogged up with sediments, this effectively reducing the water pressure below the neccesary 20psi when the water pump shuts off.
From the web page "b. Water is being supplied by a pump or gravity and the pressure is falling as the unit is operated. When the pressure falls too far, the circuit that opens the gas valve will close."
