Police, like military, perform on a level directly proportionate to their training and equipment. To state that all members of a group are somehow evil is biased and unfair.
There probably are some evil cops, just as there are probably some evil schoolteachers, but none of the officers I know fall under that catagory.
The guy in the Kehena incident was violent, out of control, and pulled and fired a concealed weapon when he was shot. The police have a responsibility to protect citizens and neighbors; and a right to protect themselves in a situation such as this. They are also held accountable for their actions.
Good job SRT, the headlines could have easily been: "Child in Kehena dies from random gunfire".
