Thanks Carey, I use a liner, but I use the flour so fast, I really don't think that any contamination would happen that quickly. I do have restaurant Rubbermaid flour bin that holds 100# but it does not seal well enough for me, so I use it in my studio. I probably should look into some food grade buckets and use the lids I have invested in (They are $13 each, but make it so easy to use.) Costyouless has the containers for dogfood, I have one and they have the twist lids on them. They say they can be used with food... I should read more closely. I think that the large size is $39.
