Hi Carey,

In CA there is a 5 cent per bag incentive to use your very own bag, 5 cents refunded to you for every bag you provide for the groceries you purchase. As the grocery doesn't need to provide the bag they refund 5 cents per! So many people are using their very own Chico bags or Raleys bags, or just recycling old plastic they got on a previous trip. It seems to be catching on.
