The reason Vice Officer John Weber left the island is because he's got 100's of civil suits against him. He's he falsifies information to get warrants, tampers with evidence and lies in the courtroom. He's "busted" over 200 families for medical marijuana, (which is supposed to be protected). As a buddy of Hilo's prosecutors he's gotten away with it for a long time, but now moved to Idaho to do the same thing because he's bound to get caught here. I don't know if your famaliar with the decriminalization of marijuana bill that just was accepting testimonies, but one of these testimony's are just one example of one case he was in charge of.
