It could be because the rest of the users actually pay for the water to be delivered to their house.


I still don't understand why these spigots are being used for AG users.I have a summer home in an AG county in Ohio.All of the farmers have ponds as a back up.Here that would be a catchment tank of adequate size to provide water in a drought.My own home here had two catchments ,one for AG the other for the house.My neighbors all had the same setup.Now we have put in county water and no longer need the catchment.

Why should my tax money go to pay for someone who didn't provide for a common ,normal emergency that happens with great frequency on this island.
