The demeanor might be better, but the result is the same. The Audit we voted for was not done, the road fees increased, and Road Maintenance ceased years ago, and the paid staff, with the support of the majority BOD, runs the place. What ByLaws? Go figure...

From $50 to $328 and no end in sight. Even $50 is way to much for what we get for road maintenance today. I agree, professional management is the only solution. At least, we can not renew their contract and if they want the $/business they will have to perform. Since the board is who is ultimately responsible for the financial health of HPPOA, the GM has it made. He does nothing but cause problems,low performance, nasty disposition while getting paid and he can place the blame on the board. He wants more and we get less. The executive board members should have hired the Forensic analyst. They don't need his permission yet they always yield to him. So weird. it's not like he is charming, no... just a con's con. And all they are good for is the gift of lies rolling off their tongues with the effortless ease. One day the truth will come out but who knows how many of us will be here to feel vindicated.

" private maintenance" will get the job done. At this point when some roads are basically a total mess, a lot of money will be needed to bring them up to par.

Where is the mermaid some of you ask? Maybe crushed under all the pro board bs legalese that does not do a bloody thing besides parroting shait that fixes nothing!

Hpp is a pyramid scheme, it counts on more foolish people buying in to pay into a dark hole of debt, theft and mismanagement, adorned with promises that will never be realized.

HPP is a fraud 0lain and simple. The ones that perpetuate this fraud are those who need their puny jobs at the office and the crew, For these people we are the suckers that keep on paying every year more so they can feel safe to have a job where they do absolutely fkall.
