here we are over 2 years later and STILL no dispensary..
Mexico is establishing a medical marijiana program.
Canada just voted to legalize.
The Feds are talking about deferring to States on the issue.
Meanwhile, we have dispensaries in Hawaii -- it's just an extra $400 roundtrip to fly to one.
