I have received a following communique from a source close to the staff of the
New York Times. Apparently in order to save space, starting next Monday they will only be listing those who are not candidates for President of the United States.

I really like Tulsi! I like her political stance thats anti military-industrial complex, I personally believe that industry is the single greatest threat to global security, more so than any other industry, because not only does it pollute, it creates things that cause even more pollution. I like how she's from Hawai'i, how she's a surfer, how she has military experience so the hard right wing can't bust her chops over military stuff, she can speak with authority on the issue.
I am worried about hard right wingers trying to smear her as an accomplice of Hindu ultranationlists or Assad, but she has so many things going for her I am pretty sure she can spin that as weak and cowardly, because her whole narrative is so much larger than her personal beliefs, it speaks to the people so much more than weird ties to religions and countries the average person knows very little about. edit: hell, apparently even the right wing loves her! https://www.thedailybeast.com/why-conser...-president Aloha
