Crazy - someone just posted a similar thread on reddit with a Oahu/Honolulu focus - has good links to visitor stats (down 20-40% YoY for March so far - yikes!) and other metrics.

I see more of an effect on Honolulu than Puna, tourism already died here thanks to the volcano and then the airbnb ban.
We may not notice the difference.

Ok, I don't think soccer ultra-fan protests was in anyone's pandemic predictions. France is trying to hold football matches without any spectators to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 3000+ fans showed up and partied outside the stadium anyways. Despite it being against the law to have gatherings of more than 1000 people, the government is exempting "protest actions" from enforcement.
