I did call "patients' advocacy" at the hospital and someone actually answered the phone and spoke with me.  She was so nice and when I called the two doctors that sent my granddaughter home with no diagnosis "quacks", she did not disagree. I told her we wanted to thank the nurse who insisted on the MRI and she said she has the names of the 3 nurses who tended my granddaughter and she would contact them to ask if we could call them (the nurse was dark blonde with her hair pulled back).  Aloha~

Careful you don't get her in trouble for administering the extra pain killer. "No good deed goes unpunished" as they say.
