I just went back through the Sunshine Guarantee Page.
It has a dropdown menu. Big Island is the only choice, not Kona or Hilo. You cannot input your own airport code.
So I did it and once again got only KOA flights!
Then, Eureka, I saw it! In little blue letters after the offered flights, you can click for other flights details! And then it does offer flights into Hilo. You just have to dig deep.
Hmm.
There's still a serious catch though, which is that you pay over $1000 and have to take a package at one of Hilo's scuzzy hotels, none of which appeal to me.
