The Star-Advertiser's rather cryptic piece mentions "subdivisions" as in plural. Where else has this been reported?

Thanks Jerry, and the rest of the Neighborhood Watch.
I'm still a bit confused - are they breaking into ingoing or outgoing mail? Are the breaking into the front, or the back of these boxes? It's not an easy thing to watch out for, cars stop in front of those boxes all the time.

Narcotics may be prohibited, but there are plenty of other drugs being mailed around. Usually mail order drugs are 90 day supplies. Celebrex (a widely used anti inflammatory drug) sells for about $6 per pill at Costco. Find a bottle of them in the mailbox and you can make some quick cash

They are breaking into the front by sticking a rod/screwdriver under the door by the lock and pushing.
It appears to be incoming mail. I'm sure they are doing all when time allows. Best advice is meet the mail deliver person at the box and do not put out going mail in the boxes. Hand it to the mail person or take it to the Post Office. |
