Uhh, I wasn't aware that this was even brought up as a subject of contention here. I certainly hadn't. Heated debates over the particulars of seawater air conditioning are better taken up with the U.S. Department of Energy and the OTEC industry ...I'm just looking at what they have to say


News of this facility opening up over in Kona is interesting. I find the potential very intriguing. I don't mind learning more about it.
