Donnie1354, it is too soon to tell, but we’ve got our fingers crossed that the termites are gone. I’ll update if they reappear anytime soon. Ours cost about $1600 for a two story house with large lanai. We used Justice Fumigation. Just don’t watch when they come back and walk into the tented house with no respiratory equipment! Vikane gas is a potent neurotoxin.
