Those with unusual user names - what does it mean?

I've used this pseudonym most of my life: Maud Gonne- lover of William Butler Yeats. I don't know why - probably because the name has a strange ring to it. And she certainly had a rich life in her own right.

'Beachboy',because that was my job for many a moons. I grew up in Maui, left there in mids 70's when my home in Lahaina grew out of control from tourism(I have a real love/hate affair with tourism). Keep in mind I grew up on Maui when there was only one street light on the entire island. Gee, I'm sorry, how did I get onto this? My mind is in such a fog this morning. Haven't had a "wake n bake" session in such a long time...and now I remember why!

I've been a Waikiki Beachboy,hence the name beachboy.
