I wish the family of Brittany some peace in their hearts and send blessings as they gather tomorrow to officially lay Brittany’s remains to rest in the Pacific Ocean off southern California. It’s hard to believe it’s been two months ago now, since that unimaginable day in May when this tragedy happened. Life forever changed that day. Tomorrow will dawn a new day and then a new day will follow, and then some more. I can only hope the pain subsides for the family as time moves on. So sorry…and sad today.

Would be nice if Dateline uncover corruption of HPD and of course find more clues to the case. Might actually get some professional investigation done here.

Brainless Kooks, get off the HPD! youall are barking in the wrong direction, the HPD are as good as any small town PD around at figuring out where victims and murders may be...
think about it.... we live in the tropics where evidence exposed to harsh elements may last for minutes/hour at best at times.... unlike months/years in drier areas.... no witnesses makes for a tougher investigation too, and its only been a couple months now... this may take many many years to solve, or realistically, maybe never (my guess)

I have much sympathy for Brittany's family and I also have much sympathy for Bo's family. Based on the circumstances and information, and believing he was a victim too - his body may never be found and his family will always live with the suspicions that others have.
I know its tough but I wish something of Bo's would be found to at least give the family closure. Has anyone searched the coast line for a piece of clothing or ... worse? I dont know off hand the current direction but would that be helpful in the search radius?
Bo from the information available does not seem like a kid who could buy a tix and be off island in 24 hrs or less, and hiding out in another country. Even the campsite did not resemble a domestic violence scene.

Thank you to everyone who cares about Brittany. Yesterday we took her ashes out to sea. It was the perfect day, one that Brittany would have loved. Schools of dolphins swimming all around, surfing with our boat and surrounding her ashes and lei's as we said our prayers to Britt. On our way back in to dock we saw a huge grey humpback whale; evidently not the time of year for them, but God had other plans. The memorial was filled with laughs and tears, remembering Brittany and her unborn child. She is gone but never forgotten.
Peace and love!

Aloha Britt's Mom, I'm off-island right now, but I periodically read the updates on this topic, hoping against hope that the crime has been solved. My heart breaks for both families, sounds like the celebration of life was in good taste and very healing. Please call me at 907-746-4510, if you need a place to stay on the island.
Blessings, Dorothy

Aloha again Britt's Mom, My other contact phone is 907-982-7643, should have included this in previous message. You can e-mail me at thrall@mtaonline.net also, I should probably be using the e-mail function on the punaweb, but sometimes I am hopelessly electronically challenged!
You and your family is always welcome if the house/ohana is available. Best wishes, may Justice be served! Dorothy

Dateline is moving forward, spoke to the producer last night who has been assigned. May still be a few weeks to start the interviewing process with us, the family of Brittany. Its a longer process but every little bit helps, I hope.
Please continue to pray for justice. And again, if anyone has any clues or leads or hears of anything worthwhile don't hesitate to contact me confidentially at Facebook "Justice for Brittany Jane Royal"
Peace and Love!
