Puna Pono files lawsuit against PGV

TomK - Thanks for the explanation, ironyak. Much appreciated.
No problem - the complete video for the meeting can seen at the county's new video archiving service (should anyone have trouble sleeping)

While I think Mike K would look good with a Snidely Whiplash mustache (and also seems to like the "ha ha gotcha" tactic), who is the inept Dudley-Do Right in this scenario - Bob P? The County? And what about Nell - who is being tied to the tracks and railroaded? The County? Area residents?

My favorite interpretation is that Nell is the common good, which both sides disguise themselves as, while doing as they please. Unfortunately no one is playing the role of Horse who usually saves the day and Nell. Disturbingly in this episode, Horse is unable to resolve things and we are left with a setup for another round of the same old games. Sound familiar yet?

Then again, this episode is no less apropos, although it might invert the roles. Keeping digging for those dollars, hoping to win the heart of the fair and distant onlookers, and watch out for the villainous attempts to rob! Off to find another mine...

I suspect you are talking about TV characters with whom I might not be familiar! But I might just do some enjoyable research when time allows. Wink

Yeah, check out the previous youtube links if you're not familiar with Dudley Do Right and the The Rocky and Bullwinkle show. Also find some Mr Peabody and Sherman episodes - it deals with time travel so relatively qualifies as research. Wink

TomK you are Mr. Peabody
Gypsy Sherman

I claim Bullwinkle and his 50 installments as Mr. Know it All.

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Know-It-All

Bullwinkle, in his typical know-it-all fashion, pompously gave advice and instruction on any and every given topic, such as how to catch a bee or how to sneak into the movie theater without a ticket.

Now where did I leave off explaining....

You guys have me utterly addicted now. Just watched the episode where Peabody fooled the dragon into eating bubblegum so whenever he breathed fire he just took off into the air like a hot air balloon.

I will get you back for this! Wink

pbmaise - I claim Bullwinkle and his 50 installments as Mr. Know it All.

Wow, I had forgotten these - been forever, and I think much of this show works better as an adult than as a kid.

Title is all yours, but only applies if you say "Howdy friends, Philip B Maise here..." at the start of the post. Also will accept "Hey punaweb, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!"

And now here's something we hope you'll really like Wink http://youtu.be/gTTyLovxa4o
