I appreciate the information provided so far by Patricia and Julie.  I look forward to checking out Patricia’s website later today because the link she posted here didn’t open up for me, probably due to my limitations.

This case has the potential to affect me and others who don’t have property in HPP, and since we have no standing in the case, all we can do is watch.

I hope that this thread will be allowed to continue.

That is where this belongs.  I hope this thread is locked up for the same reasons that M2 decreed that it would be locked up and for the same reasons that Rob T locked up the last HPP bicker board.

A reasonable compromise would be to allow Patricia to post a nice link to her informative website and close this thread with that. Do it for the children.
I wish you all the best

"This thread is about the deed restrictions and what the WATUMULLS feel about them (no deceit, no coercion). If others would like to read ALL the other newly filed docs, I will post them later on my website. They are long. If others want to post them here, more power to you."

"BUT this ridiculous back and forth and flinging accusations and videos, and whatever else, is totally unnecessary. As I said, in the beginning- just DON'T respond. Read, don't read, and scroll on. You have that choice. Allow others the choice to do the same. It's that simple."

This thread is about you presenting one of three sides to the issue. To be fair, at least for now, it still is that ALL parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty, but that may be going away soon in all of America, but at any event, being fair and impartial would suggest the posting of the Watumull, HPPOA, Plaintiff and the Joint Statement so everyone else can make their own opinions from what they read instead of having only one side of it being presented.

And the "they are long" reference - just priceless.

The Watumull Statement is 6 pages, inclusive of 2 pages being the Certificate of Service.

The HPPOA Statement is 9 pages long, including 2 pages being the Certificate of Service.

The Joint Statement is 7 pages long, including 2 pages being the Certificate of Service.

As for the Plaintiff's Statement, it is showing me that its 5 pages long, but as I said before, when I download it and then try to open it, its blank pages. At least on my end. And being open and fair, this may be a problem with my computer etc., but I am endeavoring, in the spirit of fairness, to get it to post.

At any event, for the sake of real justice, I hope that you are never picked to serve on a Jury Patricia!

This thread is about your opinion's about how the Watamull Corp feels.
A bunch of BS because you hate the HPPOA Board and everything they do.

What a waste you are. A truly horrible example of a really nasty person .
Still waiting for your response on post #22 & #25. Business as usual from you, no response or back up to your accusation.

Aloha My 2 Cents, and any others who are just interested in the info and do not want to continue in the unpleasant back and forth.

Here is the link, where you can find the rest of the newest docs (and others that are older).

https://hppowners.com/

Some of the docs are too large to post here. Unfortunately, they are all PDF files. If you do not have PDF, please let me know and I will PM you screenshots (it might not be immediate, but I will get to it).

I have posted the following, which can be found under the section, Bring It On. The newest docs are the last four titled:

Scheduling Conference Statement of Hoffman and Finley

Partie's Joint Report

Third Party Defendant Watumull Investment Co., LLC's Scheduling Conference Statement

Plaintiff's Scheduling Conference Statement

(I have not included the certificates of service, but ALL the docs have been served)

The Plaintiff's Statement/Filing is 5 pages total. 4 for the Statement and 1 for the Filing. It came up and was fine for me.

Interestingly, the ONLY document posted on Patricia's website that DOES NOT include the Certificate of Service, is the plaintiff's.

Since, I can NOT, for whatever reason, most likely an issue on my end, get a true and correct and non edited/truncated version of the plaintiff's Statement from eCourts, I will NOT post any other version of said Statement.

I don't think you are making the point you think you are making.

HELCO payment due? IGNORE

Various people I don't agree with on PunaWeb? IGNORE

ETA: I can't wait for you to "unignore" me to read my post so you can once again "ignore" me!
