Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs
Wow, Obie. Kind of bossy, aren't you?

As I recall, you were the one who pointed out the incorrect date error. MY error. And when it was me who made the error, it seemed very important to you. But apparently it is not important to you when the board and their "good" attorneys make the SAME error?

Apparently the ERROR that the board and their "good" attorneys made should be amended and revoted upon:

"If the enactment date for a referenced law is incorrect, it should be changed as an inaccurate date can lead to confusion and potential legal issues, especially when relying on the specific version of a law that was in effect on a particular date."

"Maintaining accurate legal citations reflects careful research and attention to detail, which is important for legal professionals."

You demand all the time

Please show everyone on PW when and where I demanded anything. You say I demand all the time, so you must have plenty of examples. On the other hand, I do ask questions. Maybe you see those as demands, but questions are not demands.

Years of frustration. Years of threads comments...

"The house in Aloha Estates is on the main entry road to the subdivision which is good. Many of the roads there are very poorly maintained dirt roads..."

"It looks as if the roads are unpaved and there is no power, water or telephone service..."

"I think most folks would be happy with a slightly better roads each and every year so that the worst is cared for first..."

"... subdivision roads. Tires, shocks, and struts all take a beating, and all ... I thought the gravel road I grew up on was bad, but Puna..."

Ever heard of the term "Cherry picking?"

TomK don't have to cherry pick. There's been years (go back a decade- more) of numerous and continued conversations, on PW, regarding Puna subdivision roads.
