KP please go away. You and I do not see, as far as I can tell, anything about HPPOA or who you "think" I am, the same way. And I do not like your way of "trying to help" me- I find it manipulative. And when that does not work, you just get nasty.

Easy to say. I’m not going anywhere. I’ve asked you why you added that comment at the end. You say you answer all questions so try to answer this one.
And, I don’t “think” you are. I “know” who you are, probably better than anyone does. Maybe that’s the threat to you and why you want me to go away?
Why did you add that comment at the end? Should be a simple question to answer. It doesn’t even require any research.

That says a lot about you right there, KP.
I do not see you as a threat, just a mean distraction. Which is your purpose, to distract from the real issues-yes? ROADS

Here’s more questions I asked and you never answered. Maybe you will now since you say you answer all questions.
“Would you suggest IF they send them to the attorneys and IF the attorneys approve them and IF the membership votes again we send them out to everyone, that would be a prudent decision, since the bylaws are being changed as we speak and some of those expensive bylaw changes will more than likely be changed again? Then the process has to go through the same approvals and mailing? If that were your personal bank account is that how you’d do it? Since it wasn’t handle properly 7 years ago maybe it’s best to wait until the current revisions are voted on and start the process over. Sometimes it’s in everyone’s best interest to use common sense and move on.
Is there something in those changes that haven’t been approved by the attorneys, that is so important it can’t wait? Do you know of the current committee has reviewed and taken into consideration those proposed changes?”

I don’t distract and deflect. You do. Now try answering my question. Why would you say “make HPPOA wait”?

Why would you say “make HPPOA wait”?
Why not?
I have spoken to many HPP Owners who have lived or have just owned property in HPP for decades. These HPP Owners have faithfully paid their road maintenance fees for decades, and were promised paving (but oops that didn't happen) and improvements (but again, oops). These HPP Owners have waited for decades and will probably never see their roads paved or reap the benefits of substantial road improvements. So, if making HPPOA wait can in some way help these people to feel empowered and enable these people to send a message (no matter how "petty" some of you feel it may be) to show HPPOA how unhappy and unsatisfied they are with HPPOA's "service," then yeah I am going to totally encourage these long time HPP owners, and others who are just fed up, to WAIT.

Thank you for finally admitting it. All that mumble jumble you said before was just that, your way of telling less than the truth until you’re confronted by someone who really “knows” you, knows what you really said and confronts you with the real truth.

While the method you suggest of making HPPOA "wait" really has no material effect on HPPOA in any way, if it makes those really fed up feel better, I'd say that feeling would be the equivalent of wetting your pants while wearing a dark suit.
Doing that would no doubt give you a warm feeling, nobody will ever notice.

What about those you have spoken to or not, who quite like living on a dirt road?

The "mumbo jumbo" still stands.
And there's a lot you don't "know" KP

Tom is this a protest against the patriarchy?
I wish you all the best.
