I'm wondering if there are forums for the other districts on the Big Island. I'm just interested in lurking to get a better feel for our future home.

besides konaweb probably not... Hiloweb was pretty good but, never really took off... I don't really know what makes or breaks on a forum... Tho, there are some small forums on yahoo and what not by other communities in puna like hawaiian acres... Some even have blogs and what not. Tho they are not very active.
I'm also interested in 'other' forums others might have stumbled on...

The only other one I managed to stumble across recently that is somewhat active, but not as much as PunaWeb, is a general Hawaiian forum that has several threads on the Big Island and Puna:

I can't offer another, but need to say Punaweb is one of the most remarkable internet sites I have ever found. It provides a wonderful connection to our future home. I believe the attraction and benefits of this site are due to the quality and intent of the people who participate and their clear understanding that this is a place to build community. To whomever created and maintains this site, mahalo
