Does anyone know if the land Bo was going to buy was ever purchased by anyone else? And, if so, who purchased it? Just curious. Not that it necessarily means anything. Just wondering if anyone bought the land after May 28, 2013.

One thing is apparent, whoever committed this crime was very familiar with this area!
The fact that the brutal murder took place just before Bo finalized the purchase of his land, sends a chilling message to anyone even contemplating buying property in this area. If it is proven the lava guides had absolutely nothing to do with this, the ongoing threats and intimidation will still leave many of us with lingering doubts and suspicions of a coverup!

This interview Tiffany had with Bo's family mentioned another party had been looking at buying 2 parcels near the 10 acres, but backed out of the deal because of threats.

"A hate crime is a criminal offense. In the United States, federal prosecution is possible for hate crimes committed on the basis of a person's race, religion, or nation origin when engaging in a federally protected activity." Like buying land.

Hate crime is a category used to describe bias-motivated violence: "assault, injury, and murder on the basis of certain personal characteristics: different appearance, different color, different nationality, different language, different religion."[2]
"Hate crime" generally refers to criminal acts that are seen to have been motivated by bias against one or more of the types above, or of their derivatives. Incidents may involve physical assault, damage to property, bullying, harassment, verbal abuse or insults, or offensive graffiti or letters (hate mail).[3]
A hate crime law is a law intended to deter bias-motivated violence.

If someone has information, below is link to FBI website. You can be protected.
