Who was present 1993-1999 at Volcano Inn and Ranch

There is still an active legal case now going into its 15th year over the Steamvent Inn. Aka Volcano Inn and Ranch.

Some residents, may recall Cecil Loran Lee.

For the time 1993-1999 can you help with these questions.

1. Someone lived at least part time in a trailer parked on the Old Government Road. That person was desribed to as "caretaker".
Who was that?

2. For some time during this period, Lee may have been absent during a liver transplant. I understand house suffered neglect during this time. Who was in the home?

3. In 2000, Lee may have been trying to protect someone. He pled guilty to a federal crime and went to jail. Who would he have been protecting that justified him going to jail? Or was he under a threat?
Why?

Lee died several years ago.

I worked in the Park and lived in Golf course community during that period but don't recall the Steamvent Inn or Mr. Lee by name.

If this is where I think it is, it is closer to Black Sands than to Volcano Village. An odd place with a lot of different characters over the years.

There's only one Steamvent Inn and that's the one on 130. It is owned by an entity called "The Royal Bloodline of the Kingdom of David". It's been occupied steadily for at least the last ten years.

The Steamvent Inn is that monstrosity that ruined the steam vent experience on 130 where there's a turnout on the top of the rise between Pahoa and Kalapana.
