I am still visiting downtown LA so am happy to report it still exists.
And the heat wave took the day off!
Also, did not have to consume dead Brussels sprouts. Thankful!

Yes, but that was just to give them a sear. They needed much more boiling after that.

Would be prohibited here. Cooking them uses too much water.
