Mermaid, the last BOD executive meeting was Sept. 16th, was the new admin lady hired then?
Obie, I don't know how you found the agenda for tonight, I still can't find it except by clicking on your posted link.
Since I could finally see the agenda, it looks like they will be appointing a new director (too bad I can't make it tonight, there should be a lot of fireworks), talking about chip seal and voting on increasing the road fees.
The Treasurer is also going to speak on, "3. Bond 2017 Ad Hawk Committee – Janice". She better not be thinking she is going to create a new committee with hand picked members to work on this project that a Finance Comm. person already brought up to the BOD last month. The Treasurer wouldn't have had a clue about the need to refinance our bond if that member had not made it an issue. This is what the Finance Comm. is already supposed to be doing. If that happens then there would be no doubt that she and the controlling VP are hiding something. Why? What's to hide from the Finance Comm. and the Association members?

Obie, why have HPP lot owners who've pointed these ongoing website issues out long before you not been successful in getting it corrected? And we've had a lot of them. Yet you just now contacted HPP's webmaster and had it instantly corrected? How is it you have this kind of influence?
No one posted on PT regarding the current board mtg agenda not being posted on HPP's website. You've claimed it's been posted since the 13th and low and behold, it's still not posted! So how did you get the agenda?
Do you have as much rain and traffic in Vacationland as HPP? Who did the chip seal work? How many roads were done? Do you have humpy roads? How long have you had it?

Since that was the last board mtg and there was an exec session that night, that had to be when these 2 ladies were hired. An HRC member announced the hiring at the membership mtg. They did the interviews and the GM said at a finance committee mtg that he wasn't invited to participate. Another piece of evidence as to who's controlling the mgmt in HPP.
I can't seem to log onto Obie's link to get the agenda...???

I am sure that is true that he is "...unqualified to do what our bylaws say is the GM's job." We've seen it in first hand but that still is in violation of our bylaws isn't it? The VP nor any director or full BOD can do what they did in violation of the bylaws.
So, what can be done?

It seems that right now either someone is doing maintenance on the website or the server is being overwhelmed with requests.

I found the agenda on the website under a heading of Regular board meeting agendas.It's on the right side of the main site.

Our main road was chip sealed before I bought here 16 years ago.It has been redone once in that time and holds up to our traffic plus about 100,000 tourists a year plus all of the locals who come down to enjoy the tidepools.

You are correct...I did say that. You still haven't responded as to how you have this kind of influence to get the July minutes up this quickly bc you simply contacted the webmaster. Who is our webmaster? Many "knowing" people have tried to fix our website issues over the past few months to no avail.
You must have something diff going on w/your computer system bc quite a few of us have not been able to pull up the agenda all this time since the 13th.
Thank you for the info on the chip seal. I'd like to ask again, who did the work? Do you have the kind of rain we have and do you have humpy roads like we do here in HPP?

Well Obie, I used your link to the HPP site and did exactly as you said and no current BOD agenda for Nov. only for the Sept. 16th meeting. How's that possible? Maybe you should be the webmaster for our site...
