Anti-Animal Cruelity Bills Rejected Before Hearing

While I support any bill that will help 'animals' live happy and healthy.... Regardless of eating animals or pet animals...I would think that the majority of complaints are from people not eating dogs.

This all being said, when we can't enforce the laws we have now, what good will adding even more laws do?
