When I say the ban is illegal and unconstitutional, I too am engaging in hyperbole. I think I've said "probably" enough times.
I'm no lawyer but I think intent does count when deciding a point of law.

Hardly anyone is in favor of totally "open borders", as far as I know.

Immigration and tourism are two very different matters. You think "local" people would be better off with less of both?

Mentally ill extremists. They come in all shapes and sizes.
Or it could be someone betting against Walmart stock - as was the case in the recent bombing of a German soccer team bus.
Many immediately thought a certain group was responsible for that before the investigation even started.

People like them have basically killed the true spirit of Punaweb and driven off most of the quality, regular posters.

Real talk-locals would be better off if we all hopped into a time machine and made sure outsiders didn't show up until like, Clinton, Clinton loves Hawai'i, he bought land there for it to be conserved, he wrote the Akana Apology. The thing is, you can't unring that bell of gentrification, due to shareholders.

Also, pog, you talk about "driving off posters", maybe look in the mirror. Why would you think anyone would have a positive response to your post, which is just an attack on several others? Seems like you're the one killing the true spirit of Punaweb.
