Or receivership???

Urban legend. Nobody has ever actually seen one.

HPP had been in receivership many years ago for a few yrs. I heard Day Lum managed HPP during that time and they did a good job. There's a growing interest in professional mgmt more than ever before.

"We already have an over 3 yr old lawsuit going on for "wrongful employee termination"."

There will be a Special Executive Session Board of Directors Meeting on Monday January 29, 2018 in the Activity Center KITCHEN at 6:00 pm.

The meeting is being held at the request of two or more Board Members and is to cover personnel matters.

Coincidentally this meeting is one day before the Finance Committee meeting w/the new Treasurer. The Finance Committee must be getting too close, too warm, and they must be thwarted!

This says EVERYTHING about these reps, Dist 1 Larry K, Dist 2 Ruth Mizuba, Dist 3 Craig Crelly, Dist 4 Jack Oskins, Dist 6 Patrick Murdoch and Dist 8 Chris Anderson....all of these people don't want the FC to get what they're entitled to AS THEY WORK FOR THE MEMBERSHIPS CHECKS AND BALANCES....

Why are they trying to stop them???? You all voted these people on the FC, it's a membership committee so it's YOUR committee, and the board is trying to control/obstruct what the FC's supposed to be doing for you. It's YOUR money folks...get involved. There's something not right here, red flags.

Who did you hear that from? Someone from Day Lum?

Install some surveillance equipment beforehand and record the proceedings.

Day Lum did Manage HPP while we were in receivership. They did a much better job than any of the Managers have since that time. No muss, no fuss.

There's no doubt about it. HPP is being driven by a corrupt bunch of people and they think they're untouchable. Maybe it's time to think about hiring an attorney to go after every one of these hooligans. Send the road fees to the attorney's office instead of the HPP office. Hold them hostage for a change. Time to fumigate and get rid of all these filthy cockroaches once and for all.

I have a question for Mermaid or caveat. What is the Finance Committee doing that's causing these hooligans nerves to rattle?
