Wasn't high-temp concrete special-ordered for the 130 cracks?

Obviously 11 goes by HVNP, which means "tourist dollars" and is therefore the most important repair.

Blah, blah, tax screw indignation, Puna gets nothing, etc. etc. (Too tired to bother.)

Come on guys. The road over the plates is well done and was speedy. Not to mention the two circumventing roads off ala’ili...

Cheers,

road over the plates is well done

I finally made time to drive out there and see for myself -- for once, this complaint is misplaced; it's really sloppy reporting by HTH, which clearly shows "steel plates remain over hot ground cracks" for this article. With photos.

The plates by steam vent were well done.just drove over last week. First time out there in years. Mackenzie was open but didnt go way to the end to see lava ledge. U can see the side walls where the earthquake broke it down to the water.u cant see the lava hill
Where the road is blocked, must be arround the corner.
Aloha
