After threatening the County with legal action they are going to restore the water line to Kapoho.

Somebody told my husband a few weeks back that the county wants to widen all of Hawaiian Acres Rds to 60 feet wide and also put in water lines at the expense of each lot owner. Does any one know if this is fact or just a rumor .
