Ha! Good one, HOTPE. Donʻt forget complaining about lack of garbage pickup, recycling, internet and ineffectual govʻt. Nobodyʻs complaining about lack of Tex/Mex though.

Careful with ag inspection. Ours used to get that fuzzy white stuff that bled purple. We donʻt want that here. But yeah, nopales would be good. You can buy them in jars too.

Also folks, just in case some of u neva' know... SoCal Mex IS N O T " tex/mex " Unless they advertise eat as such within the region.

ETA ...just thought of this.

SoCal Mex is a regional cuisine .

My Mexican wife and I like New Mexico Mex Food. She was born there !
