New encampment on Mauna Kea
#1
Apparently, a different group has moved into the Saddle Road/Mauna Kea Access Rd area and is setting up a base there. News is sketchy at the moment, but it seems it's the "Occupied Forces Hawaiian Army". You can learn a little more about them here: https://www.civilbeat.org/2022/07/hawaii...by-police/

I remember reading about that. Their doubtful claim was based on having title to ancestral lands but since the Mauna is by all accounts sacred, no one can lay claim to it. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Certainty will be the death of us.

Their army sucks, it was recently evicted from another squatting situation.

So Tom,

Will/would you go break bread with them ?

How about if they requested you individually based on this tonight ?

I would ask them if they know this guy who posts incoherent gibberish on PW. What I didn't realize is that posting info about a new group setting up camp on the Mauna Kea Access road requires a dinner date with them.

If we broke bread with every damned racist fool, conspiracy nut job, and squatter we'd all go broke buying bread... which would work out well because then we could qualify for EBT, free healthcare, and become squatters ourselves. Let's do it!

So if they break the law, spread misinformation, & are delusional, we should follow?
