Anyone has a gas dryer in good condition available? I am in Hawaiian Beaches and would need it to be delivered. Please let me know I can be reached at (808)437-4592. Been without a dryer for three weeks now.

Maybe check with Hilo Propane or Home Despot. The chances of a random Puna web browser having a good condition dryer of this kind AND wanting to sell it are practically zero.

Guessing Smith's doesn't sell this sort of thing? Haven't gotten brave enough to venture in there in a couple years. Afraid of being crushed under a sagging mountain of particle board dressers...

I loved Smiths, but alas, it is gone now. It closed last year.
Certainty will be the death of us.

Probably too late to help the OP, but a good alternative to a gas dryer is a ventless unit that washes and dries. It takes longer but uses a regular 120v receptacle. Our daughter has one on Oahu and loves it because she can throw in a load and come back later and it's cleaned and dry and ready to go, and no need buying gas, and no separate dryer taking up room in her tiny condo.
They used to be almost impossible to find in the USA (though very common in the rest of the world where buying two separate appliances when only one can do it seems like an insane choice) but they are finally widely available here.
Last time I looked into them, the drying cycle was done by using a heat pump which heated the clothes as they tumbled and the cold side of the pump condensed the steamy humid air back into water which goes into the drain, so no vent required, no 220v or gas required.

I have an LG all in one that I bought from Home Depot.
It works really well for me. I don't use the dry feature unless we are having a period of continuous rain. It takes probably 3 hours to dry the clothes so I normally just hang them outside under the end of my lanai where the roof overhangs.
The spin cycle spins the clothes so dry that you can almost wear them without drying them.
Does an excellent job of cleaning heavily soiled work clothes.
Home Depot has a display model but doesn't stock them in Hilo so you have to place an order at the store. They are about $2500.00.
